Medicine

We provide many different options to get our patients out of pain and back to what they love doing. These procedures are:

  • Peri-Neural Injections
  • Prolotherapy
  • Platelet Rich Plasma Injections
  • Cryopreserved Amniotic Membrane Injections

Treatment options will depend on patient presentation and injury. At your first appointment, patients will undergo an extensive intake that includes history, orthopedic exams, and individualized treatment plans.

Peri-Neural Injections (PIT)

Perineural Injection Therapy (PIT) is a safe, effective treatment for patients who may not be candidates for surgery, stem cell injections or PRP.  PIT treats inflamed and injured nerves by feeding them with 5% dextrose.  Chronic nerve pain is often due to trauma, arthritis, sports, overuse, occupational, and surgical injuries.

Platelet Rich Plasma Injections

PRP injections is a injection-based treatment used in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. It is a non-surgical solution for people suffering from pain, joint instability, osteoarthritis, and/or damaged ligaments or tendons.

During the procedure, platelet-rich-plasma derived from your blood is injected directly into the soft tissue of an injured joint. The stem cells kick-starts the body’s healing response.

Treatment areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Knees
  • Hips
  • Wrists

  • Shoulders
  • Feet
  • Elbows
  • Back
  • Tendons
  • Ligaments

Prolotherapy Injections

Prolotherapy also called proliferation therapy is an injection-based treatment used in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. It is a non-surgical solution for people suffering from pain, joint instability, osteoarthritis, and/or damaged ligaments.
