Kybella is an FDA- Approved treatment to permanently dissolve subcutaneous fat outside the submental region. Kybella is made up of deoxycholic acid which is the same compound made by the liver to break down fat. The treatment protocol is made up of many small injections under the chin every treatment.  To obtain the best results it can take up to 6 treatments, 1 month apart to reach desired effects.
